Where's the beach?

Discover the nearest beach at San Juan Beach Access, accessible only by foot, bike, or golf cart. Follow your road until the stop sign, cross 30A, and find the access path straight ahead. For additional convenience, Santa Clara Beach Access is a bit farther down 30A and provides parking and restroom facilities.

Parking accommodates three vehicles on-site, with no overflow parking available. Please note that events or large parties are not permitted.

 

Details for Arrival

Adhere to the house rules, with check-in after 4 PM and checkout by 10 AM. Smoking or vaping is prohibited, and renters must be 25 years of age or older. During busier times, internet connectivity may be affected, and no refunds will be provided for connection issues or slow WiFi. All rentals are subject to state and county tax, along with additional required fees.

While bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be on the property or in working order, an initial starter kit of amenities is provided, including essentials for the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as towels for each guest.
